When you meet with a customer, you need to have accurate information without having to quote all the extra hidden fees.  We keep our pricing simple.

• 12 cents per square foot up to 5,000 square foot - $300 minimum
• No hidden charges for most "optional" systems such as sprinklers, detached garage, swimming pools, septic systems, and water wells
• Pier and beam foundations  - Additional $85
• Wood Destroying Insect (WDI) report - Additional $85
• Re-inspection is by the hour with no trip or mileage fee – $85 per hour with a one hour minimum
